UltraLux Health Shipping Policy
For eligible standard orders shipped to the United States or Canada, free shipping starts at $100 after discounts. Guests and signed-in customers use the same shipping rates.
The qualifying amount is merchandise after discounts, before tax and shipping. The standard paid shipping tiers below the free-shipping threshold remain:
- Orders below $50: Flat rate of $9.99
- Orders from $50 to less than $100: Flat rate of $14.99
- Orders $100 or more: Free standard shipping
Canadian sauna and HBOT orders use the same $100 after-discount free-shipping threshold, with no additional freight surcharge. Applicable customs and import charges are separate.
Shipping fees apply to orders outside the United States and Canada. Product-specific, express, return-shipping and subscription obligations remain subject to their applicable terms.
All items are shipped in the order they are received and are shipped from our headquarters in Utah, USA. Tracking information is sent via email to the email address used to place the original order. We use UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. You can manage your delivery through the tracking on the carrier portal once the item has shipped. Most shipments within the United States have a 2-5 day delivery time, and international orders can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on customs clearance times.
All products labeled as “In Stock” are shipped out from our warehouse in the USA within 3 business days.
Anything labeled as “Backorder” will ship in the order that it was received after the product is in stock again.
Coffee ships only within the United States. Coffee-only orders and eligible orders containing coffee use the same $100 after-discount free-shipping threshold. Applicable charges for coffee orders below that threshold are shown at checkout.
International Shipping
At checkout you will see 2 fields with charges: Shipping and International Fees.
Accessories are not eligible for international returns.
Shipping
Generously discounted Flat Rate shipping is charged on all orders outside of the United States and Canada. It is charged on a per item basis and is 50% of the lowest rate to get the package to your country.
International Fees
All orders outside of the United States require pre-payment for Customs Duty, VAT, Country Taxes, Border Processing Fees, International Fees, etc. This ensures the package gets to you as quickly as possible with minimal issues in shipping. Using this model saves customers up to 50% on these fees and also reduces delivery time to your door by an average of 7 days. To help you have the best experience possible, we handle all of the international customs with our shippers.
If you have a private broker or other method and would like to elect to not pay for these fees upfront, contact us at support@ultraluxhealth.com, and we will process a manual order through an invoice to you. You will then be responsible for all extra charges associated with receiving your order from your customs agents. Rejected packages from refusal to pay the International Fees in the receiving country when the customer has elected to not pre-pay those through UltraLux Health, will either be: A) re-sent back to the customer after payment of the shipping charges again or B) the order can be cancelled and it will follow the Return Policy and the shipping charges will not be refunded.
If an international order does not get charged the international fees at checkout, the order will be put on hold and a member of our team will contact you to collect the International Fees pre-payment before it ships out.
Some examples of countries we cannot ship to due to the nature of our products or world conditions are: Russia, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Mexico, China, and a few others.
Currently we are unable to ship to Spain due to the customs processes and requirements there. If you reside in Spain and wish to order, please contact our customer service at support@ultraluxhealth.com and they will work with you to arrange a different method of delivery if possible.
